NOISE DAMPING

Product description
Fibre reinforced micropore system. Water based compound with very good acoustic damping and condensation protecting capability.

Range of application
KefaAcoustics can be applied to aluminium, zinc and aluzinc coated steel as well as on coatings such as plastisol, PVF2, Polyester. KefaAcoustics can also be applied to metal surfaces in vehicles, railway trucks and ventilation ducts. All surfaces should be clean and free from soot and grease.

Recommended equipment
Airless spraying equipment for example:
Pump: Graco Texspray GM1030
Gun: Graco, model 237-476 or 236-995
Nozzle: 0,035" - 0,039"
Material hose: 3/8".

KefaAcoustic can be applied industrially using spraying equipment for coarse materials. The oven drying time is 6 - 8 minutes.
